Alter Ego is BLACKPINK member LISA’s first full-length album. The album was released via RCA Records and LISA’s own management company, Lloud. The album marks her first project after departing from YG Entertainment for her solo work.

The electronic-pop “ROCKSTAR” is the second single album released by singer LALISA after almost three years of dormancy from her solo projects. The style of the single is mixed with elements from hip-hop to electronic and showcases unique styles of both singing and production. Additionally, the single also marks her second solo release after her debut in September 2021 with LALISA.

LALISA is LISA’s debut single album, making her the third member of BLACKPINK to debut as a soloist. Its title refers to LISA’s real name, Lalisa Manoban, sharing similarity with her fellow BLACKPINK member, ROSÉ, who had her solo mini-album called R, the first letter of her stage name.
